Q: Can you ship to my country? How much is the shipping cost?
A: We can ship to worldwide, you can choose either DHL or EMS as shipping method which are the most popular shipping method, as for the shipping cost, you can check the shipping cost for your country on the shopping cart page after you add the items in the shopping cart. For other shipping methods you need, please contact us we can also arrange for you. If you need we can also ship with your DHL account or FEDEX account. The shipping time is about 2~5 days to major destinations through DHL, and it's about 3~7 days via EMS to major destinations. We will send you a tracking number which is available for both DHL and EMS after sending the package out.
A: When choosing an in-dash car DVD player, in order to check which unit can fit your car, please send a dashboard picture to our email account of email@example.com so that our technicians can check for you. The universal car DVD players is suitable for the dash which is with standard double din or single din. For specific car DVD players, we will list all workable car models in the product listing page, you can also send us your car information including car model, manufacture year, and a dashboard picture for further checking. If you don't send your car information before placing the order, we will contact you to confirm if the item can fit your car before processing the order.
Q: Can you send maps for my country?
A: If you buy car DVD GPS products from cars-electronics.com, we will send you IGO or Sygic GPS maps for free as a gift together with a 8GB SD card, if GPS maps can not be used from a SD card, the SD card will not be included. We will install it in the inernal memory of the unit. The maps are available for most countries all over the world including:

Q: Can this unit support steering wheel control?
A: For specific car DVD players, it has Can-Bus option to support steering wheel controls, for example, if your car is Mazda 3 with steering wheel control, you should choose the Can-Bus option before add to cart so that you can use steering wheel controls as normal after installation of our unit. CAN Bus is a multiplexed wiring system used to connect intelligent devices such as Electronic Control Units (ECU's) on vehicles, allowing data to be transferred in a low-cost and reliable manner. If your car has Can-Bus, you should chooe can-bus option before add to cart, please note the universal one din or double din car DVD players can not support steering wheel controls.
Q: Can it connect a rear view camera?
A: For all our car DVD players, it can connect a rear view camera as there's a video input for rear view camera. You need to connect the power of the camera to your reverse lights so that the DVD monitor can automatically switch to rear camera display after you put in reverse gear. You can select a rear view camera for your car on our website.
Q: What's DVB-T? Do I need it?
A: DVB-T is digital television which is widely used in Europe and Australia, while ISDB-T is widely used in some countries in South America, ATSC-MH is used in North America, as we found there are some areas in North America can not receive digital TV signal well, so we don't provide ATSC-MH for North America anymore. DVB-T is an option for most of our car DVD players, so if you are buying an in-dash car DVD player but from USA or Canada, please don't choose the DVB-T option as it does not work in your country. Please understand that we can not guarantee if DVB-T can work in your country, as it's your country's rules, your country may upgrade it, that's beyond our control, if you are not sure if DVB-T can work in your area, you'd better not choose it, if you choose it but it doesn't work, please don't blame us as we can not guarantee if it can work in your area, if you still have any questions just feel free to contact us.
Q: Can you provide installation mannual for car DVD players?
A: We highly recommend cusomers to install the in-dash car DVD players with GPS navi system by asking a professional mechanic, though installation is very easy but it does require some specialized knowledge to install it. So we don't provide installation manual just the user manual in the package to avoid harmful to the unit for improper operation. Please understand that we can guarantee every customer can install our unit sucessfully, in case you failed to install it, returning is not available, but so far as we know, if the installer is professional he should be able to install our unit. In case you failed to install it, please try to find a professional mechanic to install it for you, please don't blame us for not providing a detailed installation manual.
